SHIPPING

We endeavor to ship orders within 4 business days of receipt. Sometimes during sales, orders will take longer to ship.

Elaa offers fabulous inexpensive flat rate shipping. An incredible value and way for us to pass savings onto you. We like to cover as much of the shipping charges as possible, so your purchase is going primarily towards your products.

Holiday orders (orders placed during the last 3 weeks of November and early December)

Please keep in mind that purchases made during Sales, especially Black Friday Sales, will take longer both to ship and during transit once shipped. This is the busiest shipping time of the year and it could take us 1-3 weeks to ship your order.

uSA shipping

There is a low flat rate for domestic (48 states) US for orders. We ship primarily via UPS Ground & USPS First Class Mail. If you choose flat rate shipping, we will ship using the carrier of our discretion. You can expect packages to arrive within 3-8 business days once shipped. If the product is available same day and you order overnight shipping, your order will arrive within 1-2 business days once shipped. 

international shipping

There is a low flat rate for Canada and anywhere else in the world. Most international orders will ship via USPS First Class International or Priority International. Once the package leaves the US, tracking is not available, but your package will be insured. Since your order will be shipped outside the USA, you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. Elaa is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package. Please check with your country’s customs policies prior to ordering. We do absolutely everything we can to minimize your custom fees. Please contact us with questions. By placing an order on this site, you agree to pay all duties or taxes which may be imposed upon delivery, and understand there is no refund for refused shipments or returned shipments due to not paying customs fees.
