RETURNS & REFUNDS
Elaa products are freshly and lovingly handmade to order in micro batches. We guarantee the vitality, freshness, and purity of Elaa products. We only offer products that are fresh and beneficial for you – you’ll experience this as soon as you use the products.
Elaa products are made with love and care for you. We are a very tiny business of just 3 people supporting ourselves and our families.
1) It is our highest priority to enhance and protect your health and because of the nature of the products, all orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. We cannot take back any products once they are in your hands due to heath and sanitation reasons. Also, due to that fact that we make your products fresh to order. Because we cannot accept returns or exchanges, no refunds will be given.
However, if your package arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement right away. If a product spills or is dropped after it is in your possession, it is your responsibility and we cannot replace products or offer refunds in those cases.
We unfortunately cannot be responsible for individual experiences, reactions, preferences, or allergies that are very specific to one person. Those are specific to your body and health. If there is a universal issue with a product, we will pull the product immediately. This has never happened in the last 13 years we have been making products, as we assure they are safe and non-toxic.
2) We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any specific, personal issues, reactions, allergies, preferences, or dislikes.
We care deeply about you and your wellbeing. It is extremely important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If you need assistance in any way with your order or with the products, please send a message and we will assist you as soon as possible.
If, for any reason, your products arrive damaged or incomplete, we will make the situation right immediately. Please send a message so we can remedy the issue. We will only send replacements for products that arrive damaged due to rough handling by shipping carriers or due to missing products, we will not issue refunds or returns for those situations.
3) No orders can be canceled once placed.
